| When
exporting a bill to Word I receive the error message: Call was
rejected by Callee |
|
| This message is given
by Word when it refuses to do something CostsMaster has asked of it.
The most common cause is a lack of memory. Try shutting down any open
programs and rebooting your computer. If you are trying to export
multiple documents simultaneously it may be that doing them one at
a time will cause the problem to go away. There is also a known incompatibility
between Word and Norton AntiVirus. Details on how to resolve this
are included here. |

| When
printing a bill from Word I get the message: The margins of section
1 are outside the printable area of the page |
|
| This is perfectly normal.
This is a message given by Word when it thinks that part of the document
will be outside the printer's margin. The margins of the page are
set very wide in order to print as close to the edge as possible.
Despite this warning all text should be properly reproduced. Some
of the more basic inkjet printers may have trouble printing some of
the text at the edges of the page. In this case your best alternative
is to purchase a better printer but if you must persist with the one
you have you can try changing the templates manually. |

cannot export any bills to Word whereas it previously worked perfectly.
Why is this? |
|
| There are two known causes
why this can happen, both unrelated to CostsMaster. If you have Norton
AntiVirus installed please see the page on the incompatibility
between Word and Norton AntiVirus. Otherwise, it appears to be
a problem with Word. The solution is to uninstall Word, reboot the
PC then re-install Word. Unfortunately CostsMaster cannot assist you
with reinstalling Word. To obtain assistance you should contact the
maker of your PC if Word came pre-installed or Microsoft if you purchased
it separately. |
